How far in advance should an order be placed?
For celebration cakes, please allow 2 week’s notice for orders.
For weddings enquiries, as much time as you can possibly give! Wedding bookings are taken subject to location and date, so please include this information when making your initial enquiry.
Do you make fondant cakes?
All of our cakes are filled and decorated with buttercream.
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes! Our classic flavours can be made vegan and gluten free. Please state your requirements in your enquiry. Please note that the kitchen and equipment are not free of gluten, dairy, eggs or nuts. Therefore, our cakes are not suitable for those with severe allergies.
All of our cakes are vegetarian and halal.
What is the ordering process?
The first thing to do is send us an email or fill out an enquiry form. We will be in touch within 48 hours to discuss your requirements in more detail. This may be over the phone, on WhatsApp or via email.
All quotes are without obligation, but we will only hold a certain date once a deposit is paid. Deposits are 50% of the total and non-refundable. The balance of payment is then due the day before collection.
How much is a cake by nuun?
Each cake is bespoke and priced depending on size, design and complexity. As a guide, the smallest, simplest cakes start at £75. Please get in touch to find out more.
Do you do wedding consultations in person?
At the moment, all wedding consultations are done over the phone or on Zoom. You will of course have a chance to sample flavours, and these will be posted to you.
Do you deliver?
For celebration cakes, delivery is possible within the NW8 postcode in London.
For wedding cakes, delivery is strongly advised given the fragility of the product.
