Booking and Payment 

To secure your booking with nuun , we require a non-refundable booking deposit of £200 for wedding orders, and 50% total cost for celebration cakes. Your date is not secured and your order is not confirmed until we have received the booking deposit.

The balance of payment is due 2 weeks before delivery/collection for wedding cakes and the day before for celebration cakes. 

Delivery is strongly advised for wedding cakes, at an additional cost. Delivery for celebration cakes is free within NW8. All other orders are to be collected. 

Cancellations and Refunds

If you have a change of circumstances, please let us know immediately.

All deposits are non-refundable, however cancellations can be made 2 weeks before delivery for wedding cakes or 1 week before delivery for celebration cakes. Cancellations after this period will still result in a your balance of payment being payable.

Allergies

Our products contain gluten, wheat, dairy, eggs and may contain traces of nuts unless otherwise stated.

It is the customer’s responsibility to communicate any allergy information before confirmation of the order. We will do our best to limit cross contamination in the event of an allergy (where this can be accommodated) but we cannot guarantee an allergen free environment. This Is Nuun Ltd will not accept liability relating to an allergic reaction.
